Hurricane Irene has passed. Thankfully, the hype of the hurricane didn't actually fulfill it's full potential. Unfortunately, during these times there have been some reported injuries and deaths. We hope that everyone's family, friends and loved ones are safe.

Ripped Laces Hurricane Survival Kit:

• Analog Dylan Rieder, Waxed Jeans.  (Waxed for the simple reason that when water falls on your jeans, it's "water off the duck!"; you could go right to the club after the hurricane passes.) 
• Supra Skytop 3's. (Originally, I was going to choose the Osiris D3's but after some careful consideration, I realized that you could really utilize the stash pocket) 
• Wu-Tang X Rocksmith clothing. (I don't actually know if this clothing could support you correctly during a hurricane but wearing some Wu gear is always essential)
